Furnished for 4+1 sims, with basement and attic, on a 15 x 20 lot so it's easy to place just about anywhere. One bedroom is currently empty, another room on the attic could also be made into a bedroom (it has a nice large window) to make this a five bedroom house.

Stairs are working, I tested.

There is one CASTable plant (Aikea Guinea) still on the screenshots but I think I removed that – it’s not required anyway.

Roof recolour is by tammy_trauma, attached below (unsupported / not available any more)

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Love the house!! How do you do the foundation? I noticed it's not a 4 step (default) it's a 2 step. I know they patched the game for different height foundations at one time but I never learned how to do less than 4 step.

Very nice house! And seeing your upload frequency, your building speed must be amazing. It's just awesome.

Oh, I'm not building these in real time o.O -- I don't have 26738 hours in the day!

The recent uploads are houses I built in the four years or so while I was inactive. I just packaged them up now before uninstalling TS3 (needed to make room for TS4) .. that's why there's so many at once.

Thanks! I'm going to use this bau5 set to affix this house with a gorgeous screen porch (http://www.b-5studio.com/2013/11/cr...chic-trois.html) hey presto, perfect!
I hope you got my PM about the problems with your other houses having some old files (columns) that cause problems, but using armiel's simple column is a comparable fix (http://modthesims.info/d/446927)... All of your recent posts have been totes my style Gonna miss you in the S3 world, you've gone to the 4 side...
Thank-you again

Yeah, sorry, I can't do anything about the column. Works for me. Also, Flabaliki PMed me recently that he was going to upload this column again (he had actually lost the files himself) -- but apparently he hasn't done that yet. I will hopefully remember to PM you, then, as well, so that you can talk to him directly about the issues you have with his column.
