Released the game patch on 10/01/2014. I confirmed that this mod worked with the patch.
Updating for compatibility is NOT needed. So you can keep using this mod that you downloaded.
And I added information about the compatibility with the patches. For details, see "Compatibility with the game patches" section.

This mod stops daily change of sim's physique (getting/losing weight and muscle).

What is this?

While this mod is enabled, daily change of sim's physique stops.
Sim can keep his/her physique that have been decided in CAS without special effort.

This includes two mods below.

No Fatness

Stop getting/losing weight.

No Muscles

Stop getting/losing muscle.

You can use both No Fatness and No Muscles at the same time.
Also, you can choose only one of them if you want.

Installation

Just put the downloaded zip files into your "Mods" folder.
(ex. C:\Users\Someone\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\)

It is not necessary to extract the zip files to use this mod.

I attached mod source codes of python script to the zip files.
If you want to read them, unzip mod files.

Uninstallation

Delete this mod zip file from your "Mods" folder.

Compatibility with the game patches

The below table shows the compatibility between this mod and the game.
These are based on my in-game check (I confirm that my mod works by playing the game).

Patch VersionCompabilityNote
10/01/2014 (Version 1.0.732.20)Added ghosts, removed fitness gain for digging rocks and so on.
09/25/2014 (Version 1.0.728.0)
09/09/2014 (Version 1.0.677.20)Script mods placed in "Mods" folder available above this version.
09/05/2014 (Version 1.0.671.10)
09/02/2014 (Version 1.0.625.10)

The reason for creating this

In The Sims 4, there is the feature that sim's physique changes automatically in daily life.
For example, sim will get weight if he/she eats too many foods in a short time.

But I think that sim tends to get weight even if he/she does not eat much.
If sim continues to live ordinarily, his/her weight increases every day.

To lose weight, you will need to let sim take exercise.
This means all sims that you want to keep their physique slim are forced to regular exercise.
I don't agree to this specification, so I create this mod.

Thank you! I found it ridiculous that my nerdy collector sim became more buff than all the active sims in town just because he picked up a bunch of rocks over a few days!

Thank you for this. ^^ Exactly what I was looking for. But, it is just weird, how my Sim is still with that muscle physique on her arms. Uh. Even with no fitness skill and no muscle setting on cas... DX

Quick install question: Should I just copy the zips into the normal mods folder? I did so, but they're not showing up in the list of mods at the start of the game.

Thank you very much!. Quick Question: what is not clear to me is that when you still the mod the body change resets to the original or is it frozen to the current state? Thanks a lot again. Pretty useful mod

Can anyone tell me how to apply this mod in game? I had a sim who accidently became muscular and I'd really like to return her to how I created her, I've placed the zip files in the appropriate folders

Hi could you please tell me how to apply this mod? I have the zip files in the appropriate folder but my sim is still muscular? (Note I didn't create her muscular!)

One note: Don't forget to check the box "Activate Scripts mods" on the Option panel otherwise this mod will not work.

The mod will not revert the Sim back to the original look. BUT if you want to do that use the "cheat" 1st testingcheats true then cas.fulleditmode after that shift right click on sim and it'll give you the option to edit in CAS again. NOTE there was or still is a chance that it'll muck up the family structure SO save prior to this just in case.

They call me The Seeker.
I've been searching low and high.

Okay thank you! I just started again with her from the library, she won't change now no matter how much she eats or jogs right?
