LOL - quit out of the game to get this installed ASAP, got back in and BAM the coffee maker broke right away! Just my luck! What are the odds?

OK, I know now - 15%. Maybe I need to switch to the 5%

LOL! To be honest, I am using the 5%. I am just so tired of that crap...I can't even tell you!

Edit: Also, there is a warning chime before something breaks. If you saved after your warning chime, it would have still broke when you restarted the game.

Interesting, I did not know that. I have most of the sounds turned off or way down and iTunes going instead, so I wouldn't notice.

Kissing your feet for this mod. Even though I build more than play, it seems you only have to play for a short time for something to break. Thank you.

Thank you so much! Having four Sims in a household made objects break CONSTANTLY. It was unbearable and I quit that family because it was so excruciating. Now I can play again! Yay! :D

I hate to nitpick, but I notice your item list doesn't include the stereo/radio. I usually have it on all the time since I like to listen to my custom music while I play, so it breaks /all the time/. Did you forget to mod it, forget to add it to the list, or did you have a good reason not to fix this? Anyway, thanks for making this mod. <3

Oh, and on top of that I have the most expensive one, so I have to throw away a lot of money for replacements.

Aah I thought that chime was the same as the broken object chime but since nothing was broken I thought the game was bugged - kinda like Sims 3 where you could hear accomplishment chimes for the neighbors. Thanks for the info!

The files for the stereo items are entirely different than the files for the other objects. So when I used my search filter on the 20, 518 files of this type it simply didn't present breakage files for stereos. Out of that number there are 141 that deal with stereos, so I will spend some time testing to see if one of them will accept what I want it to do. ~fingers crossed~
