Since we got pools on the latest update . i thought why not try and build something cool with them and after many failures i finally built something that i actually like. building in sims 4 made me realize how much i was dependent on CFE . building a modern house is much harder without it anyway enough rambling let's get to the house.

The Island is a modern family home named after the pool surrounding the house it has 3 bedrooms one which is in the last floor and 2.5 bathrooms there's a half bathroom in the foyer in the first floor and 2 bathrooms in the second floor one which is an en-suite for the master bedroom . there's a grilling and eating area outside and a couple of pots for gardening . the house is fully furnished and decorated and completely CC free

How To Install

- extract the zip file to desktop
- place the files within the folder in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray

Very beautiful house! But it does seem a tiny bit cramped, from the pictures anyway, I'll defiantly download it though. I might use it for a small family of 1 or 2 sims, possibly with a child. Hm, all I know is I MUST use it. It's to nice not too. c:
