This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Overrides for the Vintage Vista, Punk Rock and Awesome Argyle foundations that remove the silly deco. Because what’s wrong with a plain and simple brick foundation?

This is done by setting the two floats in MODLRef1 in the CFND to zero. No custom thumbnail or anything. The zip contains separate packages for each one, all default colours each (the Punk Rock also has four, I only missed taking a screenshot of that).

S4PE + Ingewrappers.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Yeah, the deco was so ugly! I never used it, if you used a low foundation you saw only half of the deco. Thanks for removing that stupid thing!

Great! I couldn't think of a house where I could use those decos.

When i went to unzip the package files it gave me this message:
"Do you want to copy this folder without encryption?
A problem is preventing this folder from being encrypted."
I don't think it will be a problem but I wanted to see if anyone else received this message. From a search of the message it seems harmless but I've never encountered it before with any mods I've downloaded.

I just downloaded this and unziped with no issues or error messages. It's probably something on your side.

Thanks for this! Now I can finally have pretty looking brick foundations without that very ugly diamond every so often. :D

Could it be non-override? I like the ones in the game, but would like these also.

It could, but it isn't -- if you want a non-override, I'd suggest you make it yourself.

Thanks again. Totally useless Decoration. Have never seen a real house with that on the foundation.
