In the real world, a second-hand home is never perfect - and why shouldn't this be the case in the Sims? With a pronounced interior theme of pea green and vomit yellow, this home has a certain charm about it.

Hackham spits smugly in the face of interior design.

This ex-public housing dwelling has just hit the market, and features:
  • 3 bedrooms
  • 1 bathroom
  • semi-open kitchen/lounge, with separate dining room
  • undercover carport
  • gravel rear courtyard which presents unrivaled opportunity for scraped knees

Of course, this has the potential to be a pleasant home with a bit of renovation and refurbishment. Or maybe it's perfectly acceptable? I'll leave that decision in your hands.

Furnished version includes all necessary furniture + basic decorations.
This lot is base-game compatible with no custom content.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

That's a wonderful ugly little home that contains everything a sim needs to start - in the typical, EA-preferred colour settings of pea green and pee yellow! Anyhow, the colour settings can easily be changed and the carport offers the opportunity to enlarge the living space of the house. So finally it's really fantastic f or the start! Please continue with your fine work and -finally - a big "thank you"!!!

Such a fine piece of real estate, with so many possibilities... it's exactly the reason I need to stop watching too much house makeover shows with sassy interior decorators. XD But yes, thank you for this house!
