35 Atchison Rd. is a small, unfurnished brick starter home on a 25x25 residential lot

The home has a warm feel and cozy atmosphere. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; the 2 bedrooms being approximately the same size (slightly different shape) and the single bathroom in between. There is a main living area with plenty of space to furnish the way you'd like. The home features hardwood floors in everywhere but the bathroom and darker tan-ish walls that match. (Take a look at the pictures above to get a better idea of the space!) Overall, the interior of the home is an overall canvas for however you would like to furnish and decorate.

The landscaping of the home is lovely and plentiful, consisting of various trees, bushes, shrubs and flower gardens. The backyard is flat and spacious and there is a backdoor for easy access. There is a driveway in the front with room for one car.

This house would work very well for friends or roommates. The price is low at §17,010 unfurnished.

There is no CC included in the lot.
Only requires the base game to use.
Please do not copy or re-upload any of this as your own.
Thank you and I hope you enjoy!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Aw, thanks! As I always say, I like to give others room to add their own touches.
