Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
At the Sunrise Retirement Center, we are fully devoted to making your time with us the best days of your life.
Lounge in our classy library or game room, or get some exercise at our first class gym or luxury indoor pool!
We have single, double and deluxe rooms to suit your needs, all featuring the same comfortable en-suite bathrooms.
No cooking is allowed in the rooms, but with the opportunity to enjoy your meals in our sunny dining hall, you won't want to!
Don't hesitate, and let the sun rise on the best days of your life!

Rent: 3.712$

For those who have computers that choke on large stuffed lots or don't want the hassle of wrangling such a large number of retirees, I've added a "Late Night"-apartment-style version with only one livable apartment - the rest are NPC rooms that are blacked out to go easier on your system. All the common areas remain accessible though. Just download the version marked "LN" if this is what you prefer.

I used objects from all EP's and SP's (except KP) to decorate this lot, but none are absolutely necessary for the lot to function. You will need University if you want the game to give you roommates OR Late Night if you choose that version. If you have neither, you can just play the lot as a regular house, but you'll have to move in all inhabitants yourself.

Lot Size: 30x40
Lot Price (furnished): 1.456$
Lot Price (unfurnished): 12.477$

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I've never thought about Retirement Center. It adds a lot to my world. By the way, in which world is it placed in the photos?

Hey, if I let the game assign roommates what age will the roommates be? It's not much of a retirement centre with a bunch of young adults around.
