This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
A mixed bag of neutral brick and wood foundations; they are all made from various Maxis textures.

Like all other foundations they are rendered much darker in game than walls and everything else, so there’s not really a way to make a really whitewood foundation .. but with that wood texture they at least look appropriately worn, not just pointlessly dark =/.

For more plain brick foundations see this upload.

I love the aged wood, too.
All my houses are older in all my cities. Not a brand new building in site. LOL. Love everything you, have everything you do, do from the kids hair to the adjusting of furniture space to my notebook. If you please would love to see more "time tested" and "lovingly used" items. Burt only if it strikes your fancy. Will lap up and use what ever you make regardless cause they are thoughtfully created.

Used this on an Australian federation style build I was trying, and the wood planks were just perfect!

Thank you. This is going to be awesome. I wonder if you could link the matching wall paper if they have any?

well done, EA really didn't give us too much for foundations. Really a pain when trying to make a certain stly and you can't find the one you want. Thanks man!

I've had these in my game for a while now, thank you for making them.

I also wanted to say thank you for your generous TOU. I've made some recolours of your starboard slat foundation, and have linked back to this download with thanks.

(Am I allowed to post a link to the recolours? They are not hosted on MTS, but on tumblr.)
