Spacious Living for One (or a couple) - BG, No CC

Greetings, all.

I built this house for one of my forever-solo sims after they'd saved up enough simoleons for such a huge house. It is partly inspired by modern Japanese design - the outdoors is "brought into" every room and the house just have this "open" feel to it. At least that's what I tried anyway. I had pictured putting some indoor plants on those "indoor grass" bits but I didn't find any that was suitable. In the end it turned out quite nice for me so I'm sharing it with you. I hope you like it :D

It has one bedroom (with study/hobby area) and one bathroom (with an indoor-ish pool).

I included more screenshots of the house in the .rar file just in case. Happy simming!

Installation Instructions

Unzip and place the .package file in your /Mods folder. To uninstall, remove the .package file from your /Mods folder. Deleting the lot from your gallery creates a TrayDeletedItems file which only hides the lot from your gallery and will not actually delete it from where you put it in your /Mods folder. See thread on packaging TS4 lots here.

Lot Size: 30x30
