This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Awhile back I had the idea to try and see If I could recreate some famous films' posters with sims in sims 4 and I ended up making 13 of them. And since these kinds of simlish posters have been made for the sims games before by both EA and players, I decided to convert mine for the sims to have in the game as paintings as well.

You have the option to download posters that are 1) unframed 2) silver framed 3) black framed and 4) gold framed. All of these have the 13 poster images to choose from and they also come in 3 sizes: small, medium and large. If you were to download these all it would add 12 files into your game in total.

Films featured:

Charlie Chaplin (c. 1910-1920′s)
Gone with the Wind (1939)
Casablanca (1942)
Singin’ in the Rain (1952)
Roman Holiday (1953)
Breakfast at Tiffany’s (1961)
Star Wars (1977)
It (Miniseries, 1990)
Titanic (1997)
Pirates of the Caribbean (2003)
Hunger Games : Catching Fire (2011)
the Martian (2015)
Mad Max Fury Road (2015)

Prices in-game:

Small & Unframed: 5
Medium & Unframed: 10
Large & Unframed: 15

Small & Framed (any color): 8
Medium & Framed (any color): 16
Large & Framed (any color): 32

I love it when simmers make faux-movie posters! It's always fun to see "real" movies in my sims' bedrooms.
