Yes, it's tiny. But now, your bachelors will LOVE living here

So - Come on in ~ Have a drink ~ Enjoy the view!

NOTE: I redid this house quite a while ago, and I don't remember if I used Numenor's Unlevel wall or "CFE" *sigh* - Though, I can't imagine why I would've used it here??? Anyway...
If walls are missing, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 to your DL folder before loading this house again.

Necessary, and NOT included
Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway

And, as always, I highly recommend:
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

This is an amazing makeover, a really fresh take on an old house. My only suggestion would be to put up a few privacy bushes in between the driveway and the bedroom, or use a window that doesn't go quite as low. While the bachelor may or may not care that the entire neighborhood can see from the street that he's getting busy, his date might not appreciate it. I *love* all the bright colors you used and that you took out the second bedroom. I especially love what you've done with the roof line. Very well done!

Hi @Phaenoh !!!
Yeah... re: the bedroom/driveway windows - I was leaving that up to the taste of the 'bachelor'. Plants would work, or blinds, or (as my guy will probably decide) Windkeeper's 'mirrored' windows - they give the windows a mirrored-film effect. Of course, the date may still be a bit worried... LOL!

I love to play in a house with lots of red and windows! So cheerful, lots of positive vibes and my sims are just crazy about modern houses, don't know why.
