I really miss the horses in the sims so, I re-installed The Sims 3!

Big Manor house for your sims, there's a bedroom on the first floor if you want to start with just one sim and of course - HORSES!

The stables have 3 stalls with a grooming area. Outside - training grounds and a little pasture - all lit up at night. And, all you need for a cat as well.

I hope you like this ready-to-play equestrian adventure!

*This build is CC free and sim approved*

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I love your photos. They are definitely an example of how to showcase your creations properly. I may install this as I am also back at Sims 3 after trying "very hard" to enjoy Sims 4, yet failing.

I love playing this lot. Although the house is a bit small for a family (I have been having large families). The stables and paddocks are so easy to use and nicely decorated. Although I did replace the asphalt in the stalls. In real life, it would be uncomfortable for the horses and difficult to clean. Just wanted that little touch of reality. Thank you for creating this amazing lot!
