Updates:
(23/06/2020): Added contacts/non-default eyes to make them look better.

Custom Content by Me:
- Clare Brydon

Contains recolours of Maxis content.

Custom Content Required but not Included:

No custom sliders required.

Default Replacements Used:

Clare uses items from Late Night. Her outerwear requires Seasons, Supernatural, and Generations.

I was inspired by heaven's amazing Claire Paine to try my hand at a no-slider, no-multiplier Sim of my own. And since I haven't made a female Sim for TS3 in a while, it was a perfect opportunity to do so.

Clare's life is a conflict, in that she wants to stay neat but has a very clumsy nature. She's been like that for as long as she can remember. She may be all fingers and thumbs, but she won't let that stop her from pursuing her ambitions of sculpture.

Clare was made without using any custom sliders or slider multipliers.

Age Group: Young Adult
Supernatural Type: Human

Traits: Clumsy, Family Oriented, Neat, Savvy Sculptor, Vegetarian
Lifetime Wish: Descendant of da Vinci

Favourite Food: Veggie Burger
Favourite Music: Classical
Favourite Colour: Lilac
Voice: 3

Zodiac Sign: Scorpio

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the sim to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sim file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game, enter Create-a-Sim, and save a sim to the sim bin to create this folder, rather than doing so manually. After that you can close the game and put the .sim file in SavedSims
4. Once the .sim file is in SavedSims, you can load the game, and look for your sim in the premade sims bin in Create-a-Sim.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Unfortunately I don't know for certain - I'm pretty sure you could try Ephemera's website but their links take you to a file hosting site that you have to register to use. There might be something in this SFS directory: https://simfileshare.net/folder/64775/

I feel like your sims fall into the good version of the uncanny valley (is that a thing? I don't know...)- they simultaneously look realistic/believable, but still fit seamlessly into the not-so-realistic looking world of sims 3. They're lovely!

Thanks, I think I managed to get a nice balance between realistic and Sim-styled. I suppose there could be a good version of the uncanny valley in this case.

Being in a conflict between two complete opposites is something I can relate to. Also I like her hair.
