This is just a little something I through together for a western themed neighborhood I am doing and I thought I would share it with you all.

This lot has no hacks and no custom content. It is a clean lot.

This lot requires university.

It is partially furnished. It has 4 bedrooms but only the master bedroom is furnished. I left the others unfurnished so that you can decorate it to your liking.

The Barn has 8 stalls with fresh hay, just ready for some horses!

4 Bedrooms
1 Bathroom
1 Kitchen
1 diningroom
1 Large livingroom

I hope you all enjoy!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Holy cow. That is easily some of the best landscaping I have ever seen on this website, and I have seen a lot of good landscaping on this website.

One word of constructive criticism, however... the barn doors are too big. they wouldn't be able to close properly. Other than that, this thing is absolutely great.

Great Work, Well Done. It is the best lot I have seen on this site so far. Although I would have prefered it fully furnished.
