I'm in love with this house! It's wonderful!
I'm wondering though :
how did you manage placing the couch diagonaly?
is it ep-required?
does your file contain all of the custom content?
I'm glad you uploaded this anyway. Thanks a lot.

For placing objects diagonally you can use the cheat
boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation(true/false)
if I remember... :P
I wish to know if it needs ep too...

i believe the cheat is ep-required. theres a hack that someone created for rotating objects 45 degrees without the ep.. its in one of the download sections i dont know quite where. all the custom content should come with the house.. i dont know about other expansion pack items which i may have.. i guess we'll have to find out what happens  thanks for the feedback though!

This is an exceptional job...the layout is convenient for play, and the room sizes are great. I really like the modernist/Frank Lloyd Wright type design!

I use these cheats together all the time when I build houses. For placing items at an angle use: boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true, then add false in place of true to turn it off. Also when placing items at an angle using: boolProp snapObjectsToGrid false will allow you to better place the object and to turn this cheat off add true in place of false. Also using moveobjects on cheat allows you to place items where you want and entering off at the end turns this cheat off. Yes, all of these cheats are University required except for moveobjects on/off.

Again, to anyones questions about if the house is EP required and what not.. just try it out and if it doesn't work let me know. I really don't know how my lots are going to look on other people's computers. I wish I could help more! But please just let me know if you have any problems. And thank you everyone for the feedback.

People without EP can download this house, however, trying to play it without EP WILL crash the came.

For future reference, here's how it works.

If you build a house, and at the time of building you have EP installed, only people with EP can use that house. Really, it's not that hard to figure out...

Also the snapobjectstogrid false/true does not need EP. I use it all the time to place ceiling lamps in the middle and various things together on a counter.

Great house, very modern. Not sure if this helps any but when i installed your house some of the floors and walls weren't coloured. Like the exterior, not sure if its suppose to be that way but looking at the screens i don't think its suppose to be like that.
