San Pedro 5BR 7.5BA FBP $87,450 All Maxis content - Hack Free - EP req

This is the San Pedro evolved. Decking has been completed, the house has been enlarged a bit, and a basement with pool, workout area with his/her shower rooms, pool table and a bar has been added. Plenty to keep the Sims in your life busy. Because the shower rooms contain the EP group shower, you will need the EP for this house.

Any house posted by me has been played in, so you will not come across anything that will not work (other than applicances breaking down) or that the gardener cannot tend to.

Note: FBP is my code to indicate the house is Furnished, has a Basement and a Pool. Makes it easier to know what the home has to offer when it is in the housing bin.

08-17-05 Added the no EP version of the house. I needed to create a new floor for the basement, as one of the floors that I used was EP. I actually like my floor better than the Maxis one used in the EP version of this house. Anyway, a screenshot of the basement for the no EP version is included below. There are several EP objects that are not included in the basement, but the 1st and 2nd floors of the home are identical to the EP version since only the basement was created after I got the EP.
Number of bedrooms: 5 or more

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Hi Zarmor,

I created a version without EP objects. I had to remove the group showers, the lockers, the pool table and I replaced the exercise equipment with the original excercise machine. I do not want to post it yet because I am not sure if the floors or walls in the basement are EP or not, since the basement was created after I installed the EP. If you want to test the house out for me and get back to me about it, then I could e-mail the lot to you.

I wanted to mention this to you : I downloaded the non-EP version and when I tried to install it it said "This lot requires an EP you don't have..." (or whatever it says in English, you get it). I could have installed it with the Clean Installer but I prefer to keep my game really clean and not to mess it up.

Hi chooflee, it is probably saying that because the house was packaged when I had an EP installed. The original house was built when I had only the base game. My hubby's computer has only the base game and I installed the lot (with clean installer, I never use the Maxis installer because I want control of what is being put on my machine) and it worked fine. If you are worried about it, maybe I can install and repackage it on my hubby's computer and send it to you to see if that makes the message go away. Everything in the house is Maxis. There are no hacks, only a recolor that I made of a floor tile. I use a clean build game whenever I create houses or recolors, however, I just opened the sims2pack file in my folder in Clean Installer and discovered that some of my Wine Garden set was included in the file. I certainly did not mean for that to happen. I guess that happened because I was working on that set in my build game at the time that I made the non-EP version.

Anyway, I am rambling on too much. Let me know if you would like for me to resave and package the house on a computer that has just the base game. I would be happy to do it if you wanted to try it.

Have a bright platinum diamond day!
