I thought I would share one of the homes I had created months ago but I had lost it when I had problems with my computer so I had to recreate it. I think this one is better than the old one that I had uploaded to the TS2 site. This home has 4 and a possible 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, formal living room, formal dinning room, kitchen, family room, wash/mud Room, garage with driveway and space above that could make another bedroom, pool & hot tub, swings, charming landscape, and plenty of space for expansion. I hope everyone enjoys this lot it's one of my favorites to play. I will be adding more so check back soon. I have a few starter homes that are great for newlyweds and fresh out of college students. Please rate if you like.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Uno Question - Why is it EP Required?

I saw this and was like, "Wow, I really wanna download this and I never download lots!"
But then I saw EP Required. :sigh:
If I got the EP, my computer would explode. Plus, I'd rather wait until Nightlife, I'd rather have a car. :P

I have Uni EP installed on my system and I'm not really sure if I used any material from the EP to create this house but I probably did. If you want to download it and try I don't think it would hurt anything but I don't want to be held responsible for any problems that may occur. In the title I had "RECOMMENDED" instead of "REQUIRED" but someone was asking why so I just changed it. Again, if it were me I would download it and try it anyways I really don't think it would hurt anything. Good luck to you. :howdy:
