This is a loft style modern home It sets on a 4x4 lot it features 2 large bedrooms,2 baths,2 car garage, patio, covered pool, large kitchen, dining area, and a waterfall fountain that flows down the back side of the house. Its a very open floor plan. Its pictured furnished but it is an unfurnished lot. Its priced just over 100,000, Requires both expansion Paks and it includes custom content. Let me know what you guys think!

Thanks for your time
Happy Simming

P.S those of you that might wonder about the garbage can location its in the back yard next to the garage just seem more realistic to me.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Very cool looking. I can't wait to try it out, thanks.

Very, very cool, modern and ultra hip home, luslipz73!

Five stars and two thumbs up from this judge. I think that you may like the M.O.M.A. series of homes on my simpage.

"... use the motherlode cheat a few times... " :bandit:

I sure could use that cheat in real life, these days.

Oh yeah, great idea about using a corner lot to solve the "driveways always on the left" problem, too!

Hi Dee,

I've been playing with this house on & off for the last couple of days and I must say it is stunning. You have done an admirable job on it. The layout both inside & out is very innovative and imaginative. Well done!! :baloons:
