CEP = Colour Enabler Package (or something like that). You need the latest version to enable Nightlife recolours to show in your game. If you haven't got it, there's a link on the left hand side of the main Downloads page here.

Thank you for the interesting pictures.
I am a collector of sim pictues, when the game feels dull to me then I just pop up a new sim painting and it like a breath of fresh air in my brain. Love them; would love to see more.
