I like the look of it, we need lots of nice and unusual buildings for our neighbourhoods and this hits the spot in that regard.

I love it...but about converting...do they show up in the regular lot bin or does one have to do the reclassification in SimPe?

Score! Small-lot library!
Those of us with less-than-great computers (and love of libraries) thank you.

No, just the regular lots bin. Even the dorms show up there. Just go into the lot in Build mode, use changelotzoning, and save. You don't even need to put it in the bin unless you want to place it in another neighborhood. I don't know if you can convert a community lot into a residential lot, because it doesn't have a mailbox. I'm sure someone's thought of a way around this, but I haven't tried it yet.

As for the non-dorms, you can just place them in any neighborhood as a community lot. They're only Uni-specific in that I built them all together for my Uni, and I do have that expansion, so not having it could cause problems.

Hey, try it anyway - I don't think there's anything Uni-specific about it. :valentine

Nice lot, silvertreedrake, must have missed this one the other day! Thanks for sharing and btw the Tree is not mine.... I'm not that good I have it in my game as well and I think it came from this site, but it seems like it doesn't exist anymore.

I like it and have put it in my new college town. I am however puzzled by all the downloads that came with it but do not actually appear in the lot.
