This is great. It's going to make a wonderful Lost downtown section for me.

I will finish my Hogwarts sims, as I promised, but after that, I will no longer be uploading. I feel like the anonymity of the internet allows people to forget manners and simple etiquette, so I will be returning to lurker status. Thanks to those who supported me, especially Lyric and Rockchick!

This looks nice, perhaps I`ll make a new Caribbean Town of it?

Perfect for my New Orleans neighborhood I always wanted to do.

What? I can make that joke, I live here.

Seriously, this is a really great neighborhood, thank you very much.

Absol-utly brilliant! thank you I have been looking for beach front/back land for ages...too lazy to do it myself. And the hills I agree are more of challange to work with, the best plot I have found so far is on University its the Strangetown Uni; if you go towards the lake there is enough room to place a medium/small plot of land that slopes down to the lake. This is the only Maxis plot I have found that shows the water while playing the house and resembles a beach.

Just had to come back and tell you how much I love this neighborhood. I have been looking for a neighborhood that looks like beach sand; used the desert terrain. My beach houses look absolutely grand. Thank you so much. You can see the water from the houses. I am having so much fun playing this neighborhood.
Extraordinary work!
