A hotel in Japanese Castle on 3x3 lot. Almost fully furnished; you can add, remove or change something as you like.

Plan:
Underground - a swimming pool with 2 small bathrooms.
1F - a restaurant, a reading corner, 2 karaoke boxes and 4 restrooms.
2F - 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, without window.
3F - 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with windows.

*** Sorry for inconvenience but please read ***
I forgot to add doors from 1st floor to the underground swimming pool (the two small rooms with grey stone wall, floor and concrete stairs, between the restrooms), so you might add any door you like. Sorry again for inconvenience.

Custom contents:
Room divider from the official Sims 2 site

Melly_Sim's original TS1 walls (Kobe, Kyoto and Shogun walls) and original TS1 floors (Tatami mat 1 and 2) from

luslipz73's recolors of Sesame door from

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

You need a mod to make sims be able to sleep there. Try looking for it in mod section.

I believe it needs quite a bit of touching up to make it authentically Japanese. It is close to acurate and I admire your try. It rather resembles modern-day Osaka castle... Exept for the color of the paint and inacurate roof.
