Looking to buy a new car? or maybe you want to become a car salesman. Then look no further than Wheely Nice Autos
This community lot is set on a medium 3x3 block and is valued at 109,301. That price includes a showroom with turntable, three offices, a staff lounge/kitchen, male and female toilets, a bathroom and 13 vehicles ready to sell.
The only custom content used was Numenor's wall window (thank you again Numenor for something that is fast becoming a standard item in my buildings lol) and you can get it here :
A few notes: To place the cars I had to have my sim buy the lot then go into the wholesale mode and buy the cars.
They were placed using the moveobjects and allow45degreeangleofrotation cheats. If you want to change the cars to your own choosing, then you will need to do so in this way.
I've never done a dealership before, so I played this lot quite thoughouly before uploading to make sure it was playable. I have sold at least one of every car and they all sell and restock without any problems - I was a little concerned about the angle thing, but it didn't turn out to be a problem, well except that sims sometimes walk through a car!
I had my sim bring his NLA booster painting from home in his inventory (by Jerry and available here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...highlight=N-L-A ) and hang it on the wall. Than he was able to stay on the lot and keep the business open 24/7 (it's amazing how many people come and buy a car at 2am)
I was tempted to lock the door to upstairs to keep customers out, but considering the fact that a number of buyers would select a car, go and watch tv or make themselves something to eat then come and pick another car, I thought the cost of them eating my food was a small price to pay. Mind you, I had forgoten to put in a smoke detector and someone almost burned the place down before I went upstairs and discovered the fire.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy it, I am certainly having fun play it.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
