Likeing new TS3 build grid and placements, not liking TS3 Store and changes to shops.

I got bella Goth by following the guide to unlocking her but i can't remember the site
Likeing new TS3 build grid and placements, not liking TS3 Store and changes to shops.

I downld pc's from several other sites which worked. This one does NOT. It shows up in Sims2Pack Clean installer, but not in the game! Sorry. Anyone actually using this in the game?
