If this is still alive, then I'm gna go ahead & say this...really nice house. I like having this house coz most of other nice modern houses require OFB, which I don't plan on installing. However, can you please re-upload this & update it with TERRAIN paints? Unfortunately, everyone (I assume...most, some?) are having problem with blue flashing ground. I understand that cleaned & unfurnished is the best but I do recall in the guidelines or post from senior member that we are supposed to leave terrain paints to avoid the blue flashing ground thingy (since that happened to my other lot).
Thanks for taking your time to read this.

I agree. I absolutely love this house, but have never used it because of the flashing and not being able to fix it. I'm saddened that the file was never updated.

I'm glad to see that I am not the only one to have the blue flashing ground. Also, there are dozens of the GOLD APPLE statue that I am assuming was the base for something else.

Re-download if possible, and with it furnished.

The house is wonderful besides the blue graphics glitch which I just had to go ahead and delete it . I just hope when the creator has time to upload the terrain files if nothing else it would be gladly appreciated.

Very nice lot. I'm downloading this. Congrats on getting featured!

are you still going to upload a furnished version? cause it's amazing in your screenshots!

Awesome house! It's very sleek and modern but I love how you based it off of nature. Very cool, nice work!

Hey, JW, I just ran across your "Nature's Theme" modern
home and wanted to say thank you! It's certainly bold
and attractive. I think my Sims will love it! *Pickles*
