These Sims use custom hair meshes, but both are included in the .rar . I finally made some meshes for myself for these sims, and only lost three fingers in the process! Don't worry about that though; as I've now discovered the highly entertaining hobby of chasing around strangers with my left hand, which has only the ring finger and thumb, while screaming "The claw! THE CLAW!"
Back to the business at (my one good) hand: this means newbie mesher at work here. So if they don't work when downloaded or something like that tell me so and I'll get to work on finding the problem; they work fine in my game, but funny things can always happen. Feel free to recolor, retouch, whatever; just credit me and It'll be fine.
There is also a custom set of eyebrows. They are made by Josieprv005, named "black curves- by hansy*", and can be seen here:http://thesims2.ea.com/exchange/sim...asset_id=461487.
In addition the Mandies sport a slightly different eyeset from the pictures included; but since they are almost the same (pure black with reflections) I didn't see a need for a reshooting.

Now enough of that technical babble and onto the description.

Meet Mandy, one of the main characters in the show The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. While the Grim Reaper may be the physical embodiment of evil, Mandy may very well be the mental equivalent. Gloomy. Sadistic. Controlling. Mandy is a ball of concentrated malevolence garbed in an ironically adorable pink dress.

Which brings us to our second entrant. In the Bleedman comic Grim Tales from Down Below Mandy finds that she has gained temporary immortality due to Grim actually growing fond of her macabre ways; refusing to reap her soul under any circumstances. After a...test...of Grims dedication to this Mandy decides that a change of garb is in order. Thus is born the much more gothic looking Mandy, who quickly enslaves all of the children around her in order to form a sort of juvinile dictatorship. She probably had the idea for a while, but guaranteed immortality can be such a great motivator, y'know.
