Here is my second coffee house. My previous Coffee House is http://http://www.modthesims2.com/s...ad.php?t=129979.
Lot Size: 3 x 2 (Small)
History: This building boasts a very odd history. Originally occupied by the organized crime syndicate 'Llamerian Glory', it was used by a mid-level employee as a storage space for illegal goods and persons. Three years ago in a shock raid police swept in and captured the head of the gang, 'Glory Jim'. The upper story of the warehouse has been converted to a small modern café, while the ground floor is a nick-nack type $2 Shop.
Ground Floor: $2 Shop, with frount door accessable from underneath upper-floor deck, and side door (used in the past) accessable from back courtyard.
1st Floor: Café with deck and office. Floor accessable through frount stairs into café and back modular stairs into back courtyard.
