This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house from the floor plans of an actual home builder ...It is a Keystone Builders Group Delany model..
This house has a master bedroom with master bath .It also has two smaller bedrooms ,1 more full bathroom, 1 half bathroom ,kitchen ,dining room and a huge great room with a fireplace.It also has a 1 car attached garage plus a BONUS room above the garage although i had to make the roof angle 55 in order to get the room up there like the design but this also leads to plenty of room upstairs for possible expansion for them growing Sims families...The only rooms furnished are the kitchen and bathrooms with maxis stuff of course ...
The house sits on a 3 X 3 lot and is decorated with numerous trees , shrubs and flowers ...The cost of the house with everything is $46,214 ..
This is my first in a series of designs straight from home builders across the country ..I will be uploading a lot more lots as I get them done ....
You will probabbly need at the very least OFB exp pack as i made this house with every exp pack installed including FFS ...
Please if you like this download rate it and say thank you ...All of the creators here at MTS2 do this for the fun of it and get nothing in return so if you like the stuff you download at least say thank you and rate the items you download ....Even if you don't like the items at least rate them and then the creators can try and improve on stuff they make ...
