33 Olde Way is a beautiful, 2-story home built on a 3x3 lot. The lot features some light landscaping, a driveway, and front and rear patios. The lower level features a spacious greatroom, dining room, kitchen, storage closet, a half bath, a rec room or workshop (accessible from the front porch), and the master suite. The master suite comes complete with a large bath room, with his and her sinks, the living area, and a walk-in closet.

Near the entry way, a u-shaped staircase leads up to the second story which hosts two bedrooms, a full bath, an open hall and two other "spare" rooms. Presently, both rooms are closed but they can be made fully functional by simply adding a door from the hallway if desired. The smaller room might be useful as a closet the the larger space could be used as an attic, spare bedrooms, guest suite, and/or a den.
