Another beach house, this one in the style of a "raised bermuda" home that I
found online so it is loosely based on those plans. Lot size 3x3, it comes at
about $50,000, fully furnished for entertaining and skilling. 3 bedrooms and 3
bathrooms, large porch, sun room, and deck. High ceiling in the living room and a balcony on the second floor.

Uses Targa's ladder stairs so your sims can quickly go from one floor to another. I've also play-tested it to be sure that the sims could get to everything and use all of the objects quickly, easily, and efficiently. That's why all of the bathrooms are close to the central stair.

Layout is open but compact, so the sims can quickly switch from one activity to another without plodding too far or getting in the way. Ideal for a family of four, with a spare room for an office/nursery/extra bedroom. A few little nooks ideal for reward objects/workbenches/whatever. Furnished mostly to give you a sense of how the unusual spaces can best be used. Original plans available here: http://www.architecturaldesigns.com/beach-house-plan-6351hd.asp

Bedroom chairs, doors, poster desk, and poster and loft beds from the grand
trianon collection (not included), along with the white recolor for the collection. If you don't already have these beautiful, popular objects and want them in the house, be sure to download the poster mirror as well because it is needed for the other objects to work. You can still use the house without this stuff, you'll just be missing some furniture.

free terrains from cyclonesue and netseeker2, no link available since they
aren't stand alone

Green floorboards are from the exchange, made from a maxis TS1 floor. A more specific link isn't available but I remember we are free to share them as we like anyway, and this is the best I can do.
