After seeing all of the awesome lots and other objects available, I decided I'd put myself out there with a creation of my own. I love building houses and community lots, it's my favorite thing I think when it comes to the Sims and Sims 2 and all that. So here is a flower shop I call Franny's Flowers. This IS my very first upload and I have to admit I'm nervous and hoping I followed the instructions on how to do this correctly.

Lot size is 3X3.

I only used Maxis objects and flooring and walls and all that and having Uni, NL and OFB, it's hard to tell what came from which EP, so to be safe, I checked all EP's required. Basically, everything's Maxis and I tell ya, that little flower/star looking thing really comes in handy so tell what's custom and what's not. So anyway, I hope you all enjoy.
