Description: On The Rocks was originally built as a hill-top home, however after play-testing I discovered that it worked equally well along the cost! Hence the name ‘On The Rocks’ – it can be placed on the rocks near the sea or on the rocky slopes of a mountain.

The Living Room
This small family home has a rustic feel to it, and is constructed of the finest timber in all of Pleasantview. It features living on three levels and boasts several decks on five different levels. The entry to the home is on the ground floor. The living room is nicely sized for small parties or just to veg out in front of the telly with the family. There is also a seperate dining area, kitchen and full bath on this floor.
Steps leading down to the basement area reveal a cosy study area as well as a bedroom suitable for two little sim children. The uppermost floor is the master suite – boasting a huge bedroom, with en suite and a small alcove which can be used as a private lounge, study or dressing room. I have decided to use it as a small nursery – that way the baby is near me for those middle of the night feeds…
The house is fully furnished with Maxis content, is fully landscaped, has a family sized swimming pool, and parking for one car. It is Fido (dog) friendly (he has his own little deck with kennel near the pool). This home will comfortably house a family of 4-5 Sims.
