Thank you this is just what I like to play, small houses make it more fun. I will make a new neighbourhood and just put your lovely little houses on it.
I will name the new hood Patul.

Wonderful job patul, they're adorable! I love that beachy theme! Hopefully I'll get in my starters set in soon, but school's been taking over.

What neighbourhood did you put the houses in? Is it a custom one, it goes really well with the little houses you made.

These are very cute, thanks so much!
My sims did have a few problems...
1) There is no counter space to prepare meals on
2) The livingroom chair is in the way, had to move it towards the wall 1
3) When retreiving the newspaper, sim goes all the way upstairs to put it down. Easy workaround, but it makes you wonder what they're thinking

I like small houses too, and these are cute as heck! I have a request, though: I think you should upload your walls and floors separately in Build Mode section. I would be so pleased, and I think I wouldn't be the only one.
