Are you tired of flipping through catalogue after catalogue looking for the right trim piece for a wall? Sick of having to paint meticulously when you want to switch that shade of siding? Do your Sims wish for something more three-dimensional when it comes to the exterior of their homes? Do they want that luxurious yet historical Victorian look without all the fuss?
Fear not, for your catalogues can be cleaned, and your buildings can be instantly aged, using "Victorian Trim"!
In this collection, you will find two different styles: "Victorian Knob Trim" and "Victorian Point Trim"
Each style comes with the following pieces:
Victorian Knob Trim:
Victorian Point Trim:
"Straight" - Just the straight trim with no end brackets
"Corner" - A corner bracket piece that sits facing your left
"Corner2" - A corner bracket piece that sits facing your right
Each piece will automatically fit a diagonal wall if placed in that manner - but you must have their respective "DIAGONAL" packages installed!
In addition to the normal pieces, sometimes there is a gap in the corners - which is why there is also a "Corner" piece included. Just rotate this piece until it gets into the right spot. The corner piece, depending on what floor it is on, may require the "move_objects on" cheat.
I recommend using the brackets on outer corners, due to the nature of the mesh the brackets can overlap on inner corners. Also, corners can look great with just one bracket as well, so mess around with the pieces and see what you like!
The default color is "Walnut". I've included five recolors; White, Black, Green, Blue, and Red.
Recolouring is simple! Every piece in this set draws its textures from the package "ZeliaTheb-VictorianTrimA-11292006-STRAIGHT". So just remember "TrimA" and "Straight".
In addition, you must have "ZeliaTheb-VictorianTrimA-11292006-STRAIGHT" in your downloads folder for the other objects to function properly.
Also, the texture is just a straight texture - so no template is necessary! Just create your own texture, and adjust the hues accordingly.

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
