Hello !
This is my first lot. (at least, my first construction that have a chance to match the high standards of this site).
It's a community lot, a park, and it's built on a 4x4 lot.
This park was designed while waiting for the extension Pets. As it was originaly designed for a contest on a french site, there is absolutely no custom content. (That was one of the constest's rules).
I've used all expansion packs and mini-packs to design this park. Including Family Fun, Glamour, and I'm afraid, even the 2005' christmas pack for the showroom walls and floors. (But I'm not quite sure of that).
There are several distinctive parts in this park :
- A playground for children (of course),
- A somewhat oriental corner,
- A small mound for lovers, with stairs all around the hill, and some sort of gazebo on the top,
- A Guinguette (french word for open-air cafe near water) complete with BBQs and coffee stand,
- A forest edge with a large space for playing with your pets, (and plenty of corners to play seek and hide, or other games...)
- A showroom that was originaly designed for pets shows, but as there are none, you can turn it in anything you want. I didn't want to re-design it, because now I have Pets installed.
- And of course, many flowerbeds.
I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed designing it.

For french people : Voici ma première construction. (En tous cas, ma première construction à avoir une chance d'être acceptée sur ce forum). C'est un parc communautaire, construit sur un lot en 4x4. Il a été conçu a été conçu dans l'attente de l'extension Animaux & cie. Comme il a été créé à l'origine pour participer à un concours, il n'y a absolument aucun contenu personnalisé. (C'était une des règles du concours) J'ai utilisé toutes les extensions (sauf Animaux & cie, donc) et mini-extensions. Y compris FEF, Glamour, et, j'en ai bien peur, le christmas pack 2005, pour les sols et les murs de la salle d'exposition. (Mais je n'en suis pas tout à fait sûre). Il y a plusieurs parties dans ce parc : - Un bac à sable, - Un coin des mille et une nuits - Une petite bute pour les amoureux, avec des escaliers courants autour de la colline, et un kiosque au sommet. - Une guinguette, munie de barbecues, et d'un stand de café. - Un coin forêt, avec une large clairière pour jouer avec vos animaux (et pleins de recoins pour jouer à cache-cache, ou autres...) - Une salle d'exposition, construite à l'origine pour les concours canins zé félins; mais comme ça n'existe pas, finalement, vous pouvez le transformer en ce que vous voulez. Je n'ai pas voulu le modifier, parce que maintenant, j'ai Animaux & cie d'installé en plus. - Et bien sûr, plein de parterres fleuris. J'espère que vous l'apprécierez autant que j'ai pris plaisir à le créer. |
