I think Nouk made the hair. It's just a shorter version of her latest hair.

nouk made the hair and i am not sure if its released yet... and i will check and tell you about the pants-though i didnt make it

Actually, I think Ghanima made the hair, Fantasy Loli? Is the recolour available for download?

Actually Nouk made the hair. Ghanima just recolored it to the more funky shades of red, green etc.
