the lots are great, but whenever i download any of the backdoor lanes lots with a basement, it shows the basement as flooded. please do something about this issue

This has nothing to do with the lot. You need to move it further above the groundwater level, that's all.

I might make it into a duplex, the symmetry and where you placed the stairs makes the layout look ideal for an apartment
