Greetings, browsers of MTS2! Thank you for looking over this property! I hope you won't be disappointed!

Do you have a group of random Townies or Sims scattered throughout your neighborhood? Have you been trying to age them up together, but find it hard when they're so separated? Here is your answer!

Welcome to the Mayfair Point Townhouses!

This row of eight townhouses is perfect for setting up a group of Sims to age together, become friends, share inventories, etc. With the locking door feature that came with OFB, you can even designate a townhouse per person!

Four of the eight townhouses are fully furnished and landscaped in different styles, including; a Gothic themed apartment which includes a "Dead Room" in the basement, a fairly feminine bright apartment, a down to earth 'naturalist' apartment, and an over the top rich bachelor pad.

Every townhouse comes with a large living/dining/kitchen area and half bathroom downstairs:

As well as a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Some units have been converted into two rooms upstairs, and one even has a sunroom:

All units have, as well, basement access (though, most are unfinished):

With their own private backyards, your Sims can spend the day enjoying their gardens to themselves, or invite over their neighbors for a frienly BBQ or a dip in the pool:

If you don't feel like playing all Sims at the same time, but would like to have them all in one place, I suggest you check out Numenor's amazing "Hibernation Chamber" - that allows you to put Sims into hibernation mode until you're ready to play them!

There are two versions of townhouses available, one is the furnished version (as you see in the pictures) while the other is completely unfurnished as if no one had ever moved in. This is done for those people who like to do all their own decorating and landscaping (also, to create a smaller file for those with slower computers!)

If you would like to see this property and all individual townhouses in much more detail, I have set up a website just for this purpose, as I didn't want to put all 30+ pictures in this post. You can find the Mayfair Point Townhouse gallery here:

*LINK EXPIRED* [Will upload pictures to another place, pardon the inconvenience!]

The cost of this property furnished is: $628,797.
The cost of this property unfurnished is: $210,167
Lot size: 6 x 5
Occupied: No

I sure hope you enjoy! If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please feel free to leave them here! All feedback and/or thank is greatly appreciated!

There are a couple peices of custom content included in this download (including some floors and walls created by myself), these items are as follows:

Recolour of IndigoRage's For Sale Sign
I recoloured this sign to create a "Simlish" version, for those (like myself) that like to keep everything inside the Sim's world Simmish!
CTNutmegger's Colonial Fireplace
This fireplace was just too good to pass up, and fits wonderfully into the "White" Townhouses!
RoddyAleixo's Invisible Driveway Recolour
It's almost impossible to create a nice looking lot using driveways WITHOUT this wonderful item!

Also, items from expansion packs have been used. It is recommended that you have all expansions and stuff packs (minus FFS) for everything to show up properly.
