Upon Entering, the living room is on your left, the big windows let in a lot of natural light, always a plus!

On your right is the kitchen and dining area, nice and open and perfect for entertaining guests!

A view into the hallway and a sneak peak at the office area!

A nicely sized Master Bedroom with lots of natural light flooding in through the windows!

The 2nd bedroom comes in nice neutral colors so it makes a great guest room!

A view of the small office area

This nicely sized bathroom comes in neutral colors, the toilet is tucked away in it's own little alcove, a nice extra!

A view from the top, this is the house as it is uploaded with maxis furniture included!

Another view from the top, this is with all of the custom content I have shown you in the pictures! If you like what you see I have provided a shopping list! I hope you have all enjoyed the tour!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Very nice! If you install said shopping list before the house, will the items show up, or do we have to place them?

Just thought I'd drop a note here. I realised I had not posted a thanks. My Sims live in these three homes you've built. I like small homes with good floor plans and room to expand. Basically, everything about your lots fills the bill for me. Good job!

I'm worried that my latest Salvation Army donation will result in homeless people looking like sluts from the 90s.
