Take your Sims to the seaside and enjoy the sea views and the bracing sea breezes.

This community lot is a seaside pier for your Sims to enjoy. As well as the views, visitors can play games and pool in the arcade only stopping to refuel on coffee. When they tire of that they can ride the Ferris wheel or play chess or relax on the beach. When hunger strikes they can eat in the terrace restaurant and enjoy a drink at the bar. If that isn't enough they can shop on the boardwalk. Pets are catered for too with chew toys and food dishes available.

Lot size is 5x3 and the value is S115,982.

It is built and designed to be placed by the sea so that the lot will flood. The waterside area in Bluewater works well or one of the many custom neighbourhoods designed for beach lots are good. I built the lot in the Seaside neighbourhood made by Max3D and I used Inge Jones' ready made 45 degree sloping lots available from here

Not Included but needed for lot to display correctly is the Life Preserver from HystericalParoxysm This nifty thing is a needs adjuster as well as looking perfect on a pier. If you would rather not have to use this then just place a decorative life preserver on the poles instead using 'snapobjectstogrid' cheat.

I hope you enjoy this lot. I have playtested it extensively and everything works ok in my game. Please let me know if you encounter any problems at all.
One last thing. When I packaged the lot recolours of Maxis items didn't get packaged up with it, so I have included those within the zip for you.
