This is a little starter i found today whilst browsing my millions, upon millions of neighbourhoods and though i would upload it!
its a cute house
it has
1 bedroom - furnished with what maxis imagines the eastern cultures to be like
1 bathroom - a pleasant mix of green and cream
1 liv/kit/dining area - just furnished to follow a simple colour scheme
it is called 70middle lane below but it is actually named 1 starter way - so you know
it is on a 2x2 sized lot
it costs just over $18,000 (so it is a starter !YAY!)
it has been checked with clean installer!
urm...perfect for a sim starting out in the world!
