Oh gosh I know that, I wasn't trying to say you copied it. Sorry if it came off that way! I love this food and I'm glad you made it was all I was saying.

mmmm sparkly soup
Thanks for the soup.
As an experiment my gardener sim stocked the fridge with fresh tomatoes and when she made the soup it was sparkling just like the salads!!! Just what I was hoping it would do.

They call me The Seeker.
I've been searching low and high.

It works just fine for me in all expansions including Seasons, and does work for putting away leftovers - I do not believe the Open for Business "call to meal" options will work because of the way I have cloned it
===========
I guess it does not dissapear from the dish in eat process like all custom food?
Is there a mod to make custom food dissapear FOR EP5 already?

It is strange after stocking maxis fridge with tomato produce I see a "tomato soup" menu to cook but not sure may be there is a custom soup (not yours)
But when cooked it was sparkling on the dish like fish!
So I decided that we do not need custom tomato soups cause there is maxis seasons soup available now!
is it?

Ailias, this is just a retexture of Maxis food, not a new mesh, and Maxis retexture foods don't have that problem. It disappears as sims eat it without any hacks or anything. It's a very simple food, hearkening back to the days before we had new mesh foods.

There was a previous custom tomato soup download available, made by fireflies ages ago. Perhaps you have that? I have Seasons and created this with Seasons installed and there was no tomato soup option on my fridge without it.

Fresh produce doesn't add new cooking options - you can juice them and they do make all foods (including custom ones) cooked on the fridge sparkle to mean they are more satisfying (fill up hunger faster).

Yay! This stuff is my boyfriend's favorite, and grilled cheese + tomato soup is such a comfort food. I haven't gotten a chance to try it in-game yet, but judging by the other responses I'm sure it'll work great.

duck74 - Same as any other custom item. The installation instructions, strangely enough, can be found on the "Install Instructions" tab.

Cool, this will be a good thing to add to my game if I can't find the "cup o soup"....I eat this kind of soup a lot in real life so it's only natural that I'd want my sims to be able to have it too. Anyway, as a big fan of Campbell's Select line all I have to say is even though I've not had it in a long time now...as far as I know they still sell it in both canned and boxed versions. I prefer the canned stuff but their tomato soup overall (the select brand not the regular stuff) didn't taste all that good to me. Since this is somewhat on topic I hope nobody is upset by this message....just wanted to share my opinion of the file and my two cents on real life soup....heh

Delicious object. I want some, now. But I think I'm going to poach some eggs in it! I love me some Eggs in Hell.

Wow this is such a great soup! I just happened to notice it while browsing food, and I had no idea that you made any food for The Sims 2! Thank you HP.
