There's this book I'm reading called "Uglies", and the 16 year olds had to have cosmetic surgery. It's perfect for making a Sims2 version of the book!

Genius!

I automatically thought that University came with this for adult/elders.But much to my chagrin I was wrong! Thanks so much for this!

I really wish I would have found this sooner! On my legacy I had an alien boy named Septimus and he had all of his skills at 9 by college and by the end he had them all maxed, had a lot of badges, and the Apartment Life and Freetime skills done, but he was too ugly! Ugh, it sucked, it was Pascal Curious' ailen kid so it had to have been Pollination Technition's ugly that did that. >.> But that is a different comment for a different mod. D:

Has anybody noticed if this has the same bug as the Show Business plastic surgery machine - generating a second string for their facial genetics? Thus, when the plastic surgeried sims have kids - they draw up REALLY BAD - because of the screwed up genetics?

I've always gone in SimPE and fixed the plastic surgery sims before they have kids. I just want to know if I'll still have to do that.

This is so great, thank you, I'm so glad I found this while browsing other mods. Now I will be able to fix unwanted ugliness on Sims and don't have to send them to Uni in order to start a Show Business career. Thanks!

This rocks! Sometimes, Maxis face blending messes up even pretty sims. >_< Now at least they'll be pretty when they go to university! Thanks a zillion. This should be a featured download.

Haha, I so need this! I had Dustin Broke and Angela Pleasant get married and have a kid. They had a daughter who had Angela's nose and Dustin's lips. Her lips need to be bigger and nose smaller! It bothered me so much! Now with this I can easily correct it!

The only problem I've noticed with this mod, is that teenagers can't get a twisted, distorted face. While I understand that most people don't want the machine to malfunction, it's kinda disappointing to those who actually want their Sims to have a twisted face.

The game forces an error on the teenage Sim which stops the machine from malfunctioning, forcing the Sim to re-use the machine and get a positive face lift.
