this is a very nice home for the sim a little cash to spend $85,449 to be exact. it is on a 2x3 lot and almost takes up all of the lot. There are two bedroom's and two bathroom's. on the second floor. the first floor has the kitchen and a small but functional living area. also has a garage and a second parking spot for another. The master bedroom also has a balcony over the driveway.
