Updated August 8, 2007 - Updated No Ep Version to fix flashing blue problems...I hope. Please realize I do not use the no ep version and can only test in Life Stories. I do believe you may need at least on EP for this to work. If this new version still causes flashing blue problems please let me know.
August 4, 2007 Updated no ep version for revised animations. Some may have problems with the no ep version in base game. It works best with EP's.
July 28,2007 Revised animations. The animations revision is something I didn't read in any tutorial it's something I totally figured out on my own. I'm personally so much happier with this version. I really hope some of you enjoy it too.

July 27, 2007 Added Non EP version: I tried this with Sims Life Stories and got an animation error, when toddlers tred to go to bed. Relax option did work, I also tested this version with Sims Pet Stories and it worked ok without TestingCheatsEnabled. I did have a toddler try to jump on the bed and that generated an error so I removed that option. If you have problems with toddlers wanting to jump on the bed with the pets version please download the no ep version for now. I should have an update for the pets version within 24 hours.
If you are having any problems please let me know!
Please note you may need to use the TestingCheatsEnable true.

It's found under seating/beds for $10 for now I will increase the $ amount when I update.
For sometime now I've wanted a double bed that could be used by toddler and parents. This was the most difficult item I've ever created at least for me. The double bed has approximately 89 point of routes and slots. I had to change most of them several times to get the effect I wanted. It's not perfect but it's about as close as I seem to be able to get it.
Toddlers will relax and share interests with other toddlers, parents and I believe children (I didn't test this part as I don't have a child in the 2 households that I tested. In the relax position the sims do appear to be to high but for sleeping they are close to perfect. If I change the relax position the sims get sink into the bed while sleeping. Blankets do not work. I can't seem to figure out what it takes to get them to work, but I plan to try.
The length of the bed is shorter and width is narrower than the maxis beds. Width is almost half maybe 3/4 of the maxis bed. Parents feet will hang off a little.
Please be sure to check back from time to time to see if I've updated this. As I learn more I try to incorporate what I learn into my creations.
Please let me know if this causes any problems for you. I'd also really appreciate any feedback you might have to offer. I really love to hear your thought and opinions.
Textures are pulled from the maxis beds. All maxis bed recolors will work with this bed.
