Blue Victorian 'Manse'. - No CC - BV & NL required.
Lot Size: 3 x 5
$147,689
Perfect for a family!
3 Floors
Full length front and back porches on first floor
Back 3/4 length balcony on second floor
Front 'overlook' balcony on third floor
4 Fireplaces
Grand front Foyer
Small Back Foyer
'Grand Staircase' to second floor
First Floor:
Kitchen
Living Room (w/fireplace)
Formal Dining Room (w/fireplace)
Bathroom (can be a full, 3/4 or 1/2)
Spare Room (can be used as a very small 'guest room', pantry, exercise room, etc)
Second Floor:
4 Bedrooms
2 Bathrooms (1 is attached to a 'master bedroom')
Back Balcony
Third Floor:
Front overlook balcony
2 rooms
NOTE: On the third floor you will find 2 rooms, but no doors connecting them. This is intentional. I have left the third floor so that it can be used as any type of room, including the addition of 2 more fireplaces (depending on your sims' styles and tastes).
I use this house most of the time in all of my neighborhoods, and so far, I've converted the third floor room into:
"Mother In-Law's" apartment
Teen Apartment
'Mad Scientist' lab
In-home Gym and Spa
Grand Master Bedroom Suite
Room-mate's apartment
Yes, the third floor is extremely large. It covers the entire span of the home, and can easily be made into its own apartment, including kitchen, dining, living and at least 1 bedroom and bathroom....with room to spare!
Backyard:
Pool
Secret Garden (see night time screen shot for a fairly 'ok' bird's eye view of the garden)
NOTE: In the garden there are 3 bridges and two small sitting areas. These areas are also good for the placement of telescopes or garden benches.
I hope you enjoy!!

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

GBG Creations For TS2
Hi! I'm Carrie, the owner of Graphics By Grace (seen around forums as 'GBG').
All of my content is FSF. All I ask is that if my content is used with any uploads, that proper credit is given. Since I don't make meshes, all of my objects are recolors. However, I do make housing, walls and floors. For those, I ask that proper credit be given to my work. Thanks! <3
You can find my web site here: https://sites.google.com/site/gbgsims2designs/home
Also, if any of you have your own Sims 2 web sites, let me know so I can feature a link on my web site for others to find you!
Thanks again, and happy simming everyone! :D
