It always bugged me that whenever my sims went outside, it looked like they changed their outfits and THEN put their jackets on.

That is a really good idea. However, if you continue doing this, you've got LOTS of work ahead of you. Next thing you know, people are going to want this for every outfit they own. You asked for it.

Great idea. I was just thinking to myself a few days ago that I wished there were jackets instead of complete wardobe changes for outerwear.
