These dresses are sort of a Christmas present to one of my Sims: Uinen. Uinen transitioned into a child wearing the blue and princess princess dress from Family Fun Stuff and a punky brown bob. She was no damsel in distress, though-- Uinen rocked the princess look like nobody's business. When she grew into a teenager, I wanted her to be able to keep her unique style. I looked through tons of Lolita-esque dresses, but they were all too, well, nice, and I don't like to have things in my game that look too realistic. I knew I would have to make something myself, because Uinen is just one of those Sims that you love to see happy.
Anyway, here's what I came up with. Not too complicated-- this project definitely taught me that less is more-- but I'm very happy with it. Here's the front and back view of Uinen's favorite new dress:
And here are the other colors:
These are for teens only right now, but if I can find a suitable mesh, I might make something similar for adults. After all, Uinen is eventually going to grow up!

This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
