Another one of my starter homes from my Arlington Cove neighborhood. This one is a quaint 2-story 'L' shaped home with many possibilities for addition and design.

~Exterior~

- Many shade trees
- Lots of nice lush rose bushes
- Fully fenced yard
- Lush Lawn
- Exterior back door lighting
- Wrap around walkway

~First Floor~

- 'L' shaped open floor plan (there is plenty of room for a fireplace)
- Split level stairs

~Second Floor~

- Open Bedroom floor plan (also somewhat 'L' shaped)
